EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Python Engineer to architect and deliver an AI-powered financial assistant platform. You will own end-to-end backend delivery within a small, high-performing team and influence product direction.

You will design robust APIs, implement LLM-driven workflows, and enforce security controls for sensitive data while maintaining high quality and velocity against evolving requirements.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python.
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring in senior teams.
• Proven design experience for production backend services and APIs.
• Deep FastAPI experience or strong Python web framework knowledge.
• Hands-on AI-DLC and Gen AI workflows; experience with LLMs.
