Vertiv Group Corporation in Monterrey seeks an NPDI Lead Engineer - Liquid Cooling (TCS/SFN) to lead global NPDI projects and drive next-generation liquid cooling distribution solutions. You will set design standards, mentor engineers, and ensure integration across NPDI, Application Engineering, and ETO.

The role requires deep expertise in fluid and piping systems, Creo, and PLM tools, with a track record leading NPDI programs and delivering robust, manufacturable designs for data-center cooling

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 10+ years in piping/fluid systems, preferably data center cooling.
• Expert Creo usage for assemblies, layouts, and drawings.
• Strong PLM experience for BOMs, ECs, and documentation.
• Proven NPDI project leadership across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead TCS/SFN design deliverables from concept to product launch.
• Define standard TCS/SFN modules for reuse across platforms.
• Perform system sizing, flow/pressure analysis, and pump/loop checks.
• Oversee prototypes, validation tests, and test plans.
• Work in PLM systems to manage BOMs, drawings, and changes.
• Collaborate with global engineering, operations, and quality for roadmap alignment.
