Jobot is seeking a highly motivated Lead Data Engineer to join our HealthTech team. You will lead data architecture design, develop scalable data models, and drive ETL improvements across our cloud-based stack.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of data engineering experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and familiarity with AWS, Kafka, Spark, and Airflow. You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product, data science, and design teams to enable data-driven decisions.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Stats, or related field.
• Strong SQL and Python scripting.
• Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.
• Proficient with Airflow or Prefect.
• AWS cloud services experience (EC2, Redshift, Kinesis).
• Experience with streaming systems.
• Proven project leadership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead scalable data model design and ETL implementations.
• Develop and maintain data pipeline architecture.
• Collaborate with data science to optimize systems.
• Implement data governance and quality controls.
• Provide leadership to junior engineers.
• Partner with exec, product, design for data needs.
