Confidential is seeking a Graphic Design Team Lead who will oversee the graphics team and provide both people leadership and hands-on support. The team currently includes two full-time designers, with a third joining soon, and the manager will help deliver on proposals, interviews, and operational requests.

The role includes managing creative systems and organizing file structures and libraries in a more process-oriented way, while balancing leadership with execution in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Role requires people management experience and leadership of a design team.
• Must have 6–10 years in professional graphic design.
• Strong InDesign skills are essential.
