PMG is seeking a Creative Design Senior Associate to join a collaborative, craft-focused team. You’ll own design projects from concept through final delivery across digital and print, ensuring on-brand, accessible experiences.

You’ll partner with copywriters, developers, and creatives, translating briefs into visually compelling solutions and presenting decisions clearly to clients and colleagues. A continual learner who leads with empathy will thrive here.

Formación

• Proven ability to lead design work from concept to delivery.
• Experience designing across digital and print channels.
• Ability to translate briefs into clear visual direction.

Responsabilidades

• Own design projects from early concept through final delivery, keeping timelines and quality on track.
• Create polished visual work across digital and print—ad units, social content, email, web and landing pages.
• Build and apply design systems and templates to speed up workflows while staying on-brand.
• Translate briefs into thoughtful design solutions that support the strategy and audience.
• Design with usability and accessibility best practices to ensure functional, accessible work.
• Develop layouts, wireframes, user flows, and supporting artifacts to clarify structure.
• Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and other creatives to ensure cohesive work across message, design, and build.
• Present your work clearly and tie visuals back to goals and audiences.
• Manage feedback and revisions while protecting the core idea.
• Use performance insights to improve work over time and inform future rounds.
• Leverage modern tools, including AI, to streamline production without sacrificing craft.
