Gensler’s Brand Design team is seeking a hands-on mid-level designer to drive creative projects and communicate brand stories through 2D and 3D visuals. You will collaborate with clients, design teams, and junior designers to execute concepts from concept through completion.

The role emphasizes design excellence, strong typography, and presentation skills, with opportunities to mentor others and contribute to client-focused outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a related field with a proven project execution track record.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interest or experience in UX and UI design is highly desirable.
• Excellent presentation and writing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment.
• Experience visualizing ideas in 2D and 3D.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and delivery of graphic/branding aspects from concept through execution.
• Develop concepts, layouts, and artwork with initiative and ownership.
• Provide strategic recommendations to meet client objectives.
• Apply independent judgment in evaluating techniques and procedures.
• Collaborate with project consultant teams for cohesive delivery.
• Demonstrate knowledge of graphic/brand design principles, standards, and materials.
• Produce print collateral, digital, and environmental design solutions.
• Integrate brand messaging, color, imagery, type, and composition into deliverables.
• Mentor junior designers and guide their professional development.
• Interface with clients to present concepts and progress updates.
