WPP Production is seeking a highly creative Senior Designer to join our team, delivering impactful visuals for a major nicotine client. You will collaborate with the creative group, translate strategy into concepts, and lead junior designers to ensure brand integrity.

Ideal candidates hold a BA/BS in graphic design or related field, 5+ years in an agency setting, and expert Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Figma is a plus. Expect fast-paced projects and global collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a creative design role, preferably in an agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualize and execute original, high-impact designs aligned with branding strategies.
• Lead and inspire junior designers, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and bring ideas to life.
• Manage projects end-to-end, delivering on time and to high quality standards.
• Present concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Stay current with design trends and digital practices.
• Research competitors and audiences to inform decisions.
