Placements24 is seeking a highly capable Construction Project Manager in Aguascalientes to oversee corporate and commercial buildings from start to finish. You will manage schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary coordination to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Architecture background with at least 7 years in construction management, strong leadership, negotiation, and client-facing communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related construction discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing construction projects, especially commercial/corporate buildings.
• Strong understanding of construction management practices, building systems, and materials.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full lifecycle of corporate and commercial building projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and allocate resources efficiently.
• Oversee budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers for seamless execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
