Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Construction and Infrastructure Project Manager to lead large-scale projects in Guadalajara, Jalisco, on-site. You will drive planning, budgeting, and team leadership to ensure on-time delivery with top safety and quality standards.

Role requires a minimum of 10 years of progressive construction management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project. Fluency in Spanish is essential; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field; Master's preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project) and construction management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of construction and infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, architects, and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
