General Motors de México is seeking an Operations Engineer to ensure the performance of connected vehicle services, diagnose issues, and collaborate with IT, engineering, and quality teams across global initiatives.

The role focuses on end-to-end system reliability, validation, and the development of data-driven tools and dashboards, including Power BI, to monitor performance. A hybrid work arrangement is required with on-site and remote collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/EE or equivalent.
• 7+ years in a lead technical role.
• 3+ years in wireless tech (CDMA/GSM/LTE).
• SQL knowledge and relational databases.
• Advanced English is required.
• Hybrid: 3 days on site, 2 days remote.

Responsabilidades

• Document system workflows and back-end interactions for connected services.
• Investigate end-to-end performance and customer experience issues.
• Develop system SLAs for global initiatives.
• Design Power BI dashboards for performance metrics.
• Prepare project plans and cost/benefit analyses for leadership.
