TE Connectivity in Hermosillo, MX, seeks a Staff Project Manager Engineer to lead a portfolio of automotive projects from concept through launch and sustaining phases. The role drives execution, manages resources, budgets, and risks, and partners with global teams to meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate will oversee NPD/ADP/TDP/VAVE initiatives, advance Stage Gate processes, and communicate with executive stakeholders. Hybrid work arrangement with travel up to 25% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, engineering, operations, and/or project management, including cross-functional initiatives.
• Minimum 3 years leading large-scale cross-functional projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to engage executive leadership.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and NPD/ADP/TDP/VAVE and related methodologies.
• PMP certification preferred at hire; certification must be completed within 12 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to align with business objectives and financial plans.
• Plan and lead Stage Gate reviews and ensure project deliverables’ integrity.
• Ensure PMO governance, Stage Gate compliance and data integrity in Planisware.
• Coordinate resources across functions and manage portfolio status communications.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation, cost control, and financial forecasting.
• Present project updates to leadership and key stakeholders, and support decision-making.
