Advanced Energy in Mexicali, Mexico, is seeking a Lead Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive process optimization across manufacturing operations. You will act as a consultant and facilitator to challenge teams, partner with leadership, and guide CI projects through to implementation, measurement, and governance.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in CI project coordination, a black belt certification, and a strong track record in production efficiency, safety compliance, and data-driven

Formación

• 7+ years of CI project coordination experience.
• 7+ years of engineering team leadership background.
• 6 Sigma Black Belt certified; Master Black Belt desirable.
• 6 Sigma Lean Manufacturing certification and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Challenge teams to enhance process performance and CI outcomes.
• Coordinate, track, and report CI project progress and cadence.
• Partner with leadership to align CI with business goals.
• Mentor CI teams on organization-wide strategies and governance.
• Apply analytical methods and develop dashboards for CI metrics.
