Nextpower is seeking a Lead CAD Designer based in Mexico to lead the CAD Design team, coordinate project execution, and ensure high-quality deliverables for utility-scale solar projects. You will oversee workloads, provide coaching, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and product teams to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have extensive AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to align design outputs with project requirements while maintaining

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressively responsible CAD design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and solid CAD standards knowledge.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support CAD Designers in Mexico.
• Balance workloads according to project schedules and priorities.
• Ensure drawings and CAD outputs meet company standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Support process improvements and standardization.
