Nextpower in Mexico City seeks a Lead CAD Designer to lead the CAD Design team for utility-scale and DG solar projects. You will coordinate daily operations, balance workloads, mentor engineers, and ensure CAD deliverables meet quality standards and schedule.

The role requires strong AutoCAD and Civil 3D skills, cross-functional collaboration, and proven leadership in a multi-region setting. English and Spanish fluency is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 5–8 years of CAD design and related experience
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting standards
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead CAD Designers in Mexico and coordinate workloads.
• Ensure CAD outputs meet standards and project requirements.
• Provide coaching and development for team members.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and project teams.
