Clarios is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to act as the system lead on customer and internal battery programs. You will own requirements through verification, define system architecture, and mentor engineering teams across disciplines.

Key competencies include DFMEA leadership, ASPICE processes, and make-vs-buy analysis, with emphasis on manufacturability and supplier collaboration. You will guide cross-functional teams and drive engineering change control as needed.

Formación

• Minimum Experience: Bachelor’s degree with industry experience or higher (10+ years); Master’s with 4–15 years; Ph.D. with 2–11 years.

Responsabilidades

• Lead system-level work on customer and internal battery programs, owning requirements through verification.
• Define system architecture including sizing and cell selection, and cascade requirements to disciplines.
• Moderate DFMEA and coordinate with subsystem FMEAs; oversee component design, manufacturability reviews.
