Stori seeks a DAE Manager to own metric definitions, data pipelines and the analytics engineering team. You will safeguard data quality, security and accessibility, and deliver high-impact reporting for executives. You will lead AI-enabled data work and drive governance across Product, Finance, Risk and Operations.

You will define metrics, build pipelines with dbt/Airflow, mentor analysts, and advance data-driven decision making in a regulated fintech environment.

Formación

• 3+ years building production data pipelines with dbt or equivalent.
• 2+ years people management, recruiting and developing analysts.
• 3+ years experience with financial data and regulated products.
• Expert SQL and Git; Python; BI tools like Looker/Tableau/QuickSight/Streamlit.

Responsabilidades

• Define and govern the company's financial and customer-engagement metrics across functions.
• Lead Analytics Engineer team; recruit, onboard and develop analysts.
• Design and deploy AI agents for data pipelines, validation and dashboards.
• Own data quality checks, alerting, remediation and escalation paths.
• Produce dashboards and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain the data and AI roadmap aligned with company goals.
