Job summary
gevernova seeks an experienced Testing & Validation (T&V) Lead to define the standard for building, testing, and shipping control software for Aeroderivative gas turbine units. You will architect the V&V ecosystem and establish processes, documentation standards, and robust testing frameworks for control software and HMI interfaces.
As the technical authority for T&V, you will drive a quality-first engineering culture, partner with NPI, ITR, and systems engineering, and ensure lessons learned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Mechatronics/Automation or related field.
- Proven experience in Aeroderivative Control System technologies.
- Advanced English written and spoken communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Agile knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust T&V processes ensuring high-reliability performance of control software and HMI screens.
- Define the "Definition of Done" for site-specific software releases.
- Champion the transition to automated, scalable validation frameworks.
- Author and govern the V&V documentation to ensure compliance with internal standards and safety-critical requirements.
- Collaborate with NPI, ITR, and systems engineering to bake testing into early product lifecycle (Shift-Left).
