Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking an experienced Testing & Validation Lead to shape how we build, test, and ship control software for Aeroderivative gas turbine units.

You will architect the V&V ecosystem, define processes, and drive a quality-first culture across the development lifecycle. You will lead cross-functional teams including NPI and systems engineering, ensuring testing requirements are shifted left and embedded early in product development.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in Engineering/Technology & Controls Engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or Control Engineering.
• Proven experience with Aeroderivative Control System technologies.
• Effective written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust T&V processes for control software and HMI.
• Champion transition to automated, scalable validation frameworks.
• Create and govern the V&V documentation suite to standards and safety requirements.
• Lead RCA and drive test coverage improvements from field data.
• Collaborate with NPI, ITR, and systems engineering to bake testing into early product lifecycle.
