Honeywell Aerospace in Mexicali seeks an Advanced Test Engineer to develop and implement facility control systems for new test solutions, leveraging software development and system modeling expertise.

The role involves analyzing test requirements, designing control strategies, and integrating software-based test solutions to verify configurations and part numbers, coordinated with the Aerospace Engineering Process.

Formación

4+ years of Test Engineering or Controls Development experience.
B.S. degree in Electronics, Cybernetics, Controls, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Software Engineering.

Responsabilidades

Proficiency in NI LabVIEW for software development.
Proficiency in MATLAB Simulink for modeling and simulation of control systems.
Applied data analysis techniques to interpret test results.
Create evidence and documentation for Design Reviews to support the Test Solutions design process.
Proficient in MS Office; report status to stakeholders regularly.
Track and document lessons learned, best practices, and opportunities for cost/time reductions.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
