ZF Group in Mexico is seeking an Advance Manufacturing Engineer with 5+ years of industrialization and process engineering experience to lead new product launches and plant processes. The role focuses on capital planning, tooling specs, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Maintenance and Manufacturing Engineering.

Ideal candidates will have strong Lean/CI background, PFMEA, MSA, TPM expertise, and proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and suppliers.

Formación

• 5+ years of work experience in industrialization and process engineering.
• Experience with complex assembly and new launches is mandatory.
• Strong background in Lean/Continuous Improvement, PFMEA, MSA, TPM.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and suppliers.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Nice to have AME background and American Visa is required.

Responsabilidades

• Support global Design for Assembly processes and validate assumptions.
• Lead industrialization activities for new products and launches.
• Define equipment and tooling specs with Quality, Maintenance and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Ensure capacity alignment and track equipment availability vs demand.
• Manage capital and quotation processes, including cost modeling.
• Drive equipment build tracking, qualification and gate reviews; ensure readiness.
• Develop PFMEA and manufacturing process documentation; support CTQ and change management.
