BRP in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, seeks an experienced leader to drive the Manufacturing Launch Process (MLP) from kickoff to post-launch stabilization. You will coordinate across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and support functions to ensure safe, on-time launches with defined safety, quality, cost, capacity, and performance targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 5 years of automotive launch experience, with strong English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, project management, or related field.
• 5 years in automotive manufacturing, product launches, and PM.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and projects with multiple dependencies.
• Conversational/professional English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the MLP from kickoff through post-launch stabilization with end-to-end oversight.
• Define and maintain project charter, scope, governance, timing, milestones, deliverables, ownership, and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness activities across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, HSE, Production, and support functions.
• Prepare and facilitate gate/readiness reviews with objective evidence; document decisions and roadblocks.
• Maintain the launch risk and opportunity register with mitigation plans and owners.
• Coordinate pre-SOP validations and confirm entry criteria for each project phase.
• Define and monitor ramp-up indicators for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People; activate recovery plans when deviations occur.
• Control changes during launch and ensure a formal hand-off to Operations.
• Close the project through stabilization, lessons learned, and continuous improvement of MLP.
