Bluelight LLC is seeking a results-driven outbound sales specialist to join our rapidly growing team. You will conduct high-volume outreach (80–150+ activities daily) through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS, using HubSpot to track progress and follow-ups.

You will build targeted prospect lists with Apollo and Clay, and run multi-touch sequences with Instantly to drive responses. Ideal candidates have B2B sales experience in technology, strong English communication, and the ability to work

Formación

• Experience in B2B sales or inside sales in technology or software industries.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and negotiate effectively.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80–150+ activities/day) via calls, email, LinkedIn, and SMS.
• Manage daily outreach in HubSpot including call tasks, emails, cadences, and follow-ups.
• Build prospect lists using Apollo and Clay aligned with ICP.
• Run multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly to engage prospects.
• Research accounts with ZoomInfo to identify decision-makers and enrich data.
• Write high-converting outbound messages with clear calls-to-action.
• Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives and log activities in HubSpot.
