Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition.
• Experience with TA technologies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, HiredScore, SuccessFactors).
• Proven sourcing experience and talent-pipeline development.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong ability to partner with and influence candidates and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full cycle recruiting for business teams, sourcing, reviewing resumes, and guiding candidates through interviews.
• Lead kickoff conversations with hiring managers and support job description creation.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to understand talent needs.
• Improve recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experience through process enhancements.
• Communicate measurable success metrics and trends to stakeholders.
• Monitor talent market using tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights and Lightcast to influence strategy.
• Participate in TA project work and technology reviews/implementations.
• Use innovative sourcing to fill positions efficiently based on time and cost.
