Henkel Mexicana seeks an entry level Security Technology Analyst to serve as the regional SME for CCTV, access control, intrusion, and VMS across LATAM. You will own the LATAM Security Technology Roadmap and align it with Global Security objectives.

You will drive regional standards, lead cross-functional teams, and manage projects from planning to modernization, with a focus on implementable security solutions and strong KPI reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Engineering/IT/Info Security.
• Experience managing enterprise electronic security systems across multi-site, multinational environments.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and govern regional standards and best practices for LATAM security technology.
• Provide technical leadership to Security, Facilities, IT and site stakeholders.
• Lead regional security technology expansion projects including new site deployments and migrations.
• Ensure security solutions are planned, implemented and integrated with IT infrastructure.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve security and efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships with manufacturers, monitoring providers and system integrators.
