Henkel seeks a regional Subject Matter Expert for LATAM security technologies, owning the LATAM Security Technology Roadmap and aligning with business and Global Security objectives. You will standardize regional practices, lead cross-functional efforts with Security, Facilities, IT, and site stakeholders, and drive multi-site modernization projects.

The role requires managing vendor relationships across LATAM, evaluating new technologies, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise IT.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing enterprise electronic security systems across multi-site multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Alarm Monitoring, Visitor Management, and VMS.
• Experience with Genetec, Lenel, Milestone, Avigilon, Gallagher, Honeywell, or equivalent solutions.
• Experience leading security technology projects, vendors, service providers, and system integrators.
• Strong analytical skills including KPI development, reporting, dashboard creation, and performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Vendor & performance management: manage relationships with vendors, manufacturers, monitoring providers, and system integrators across LATAM.

About this Position

Serve as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) and technical authority for electronic security technologies across LATAM, including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Alarm Monitoring, Visitor Management, and related platforms. Own the LATAM Security Technology Roadmap, aligning technology strategies with business and Global Security objectives.

What You´ll Do

• Establish and govern regional standards, technical requirements, and best practices, driving standardization across all LATAM sites.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Security, Facilities, IT, and site stakeholders.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Information Security, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience managing enterprise electronic security systems in multi-site, multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Alarm Monitoring, Visitor Management, and Video Management Systems (VMS).
• Experience with platforms such as Genetec, Lenel, Milestone, Avigilon, Gallagher, Honeywell, or equivalent solutions.
