Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Change Order Manager to lead budget creation and variance analysis for change orders within project teams and finance. You will prepare, explain, and document changes for client presentations and track all change order requests to support metrics and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, finance/accounting or related business field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in proposal and/or change order preparation in an excel based costing tool and preparation of change order/contract documents
• Working knowledge of project budgets, financial analysis, advanced excel skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead change order budget creation activities between project management, functional leads, and financial analysts to develop, explain, and provide variance analysis for change orders.
• Track and document change order requests to develop departmental metrics and support client presentations.
