Job summary

WeWork is seeking a Procurement Analyst for LATAM to support strategic sourcing and total cost of acquisition across assigned categories. You will work with the Procurement Manager to develop category strategies, analyze data, and maintain stakeholder relationships to identify savings and synergies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and about two years in procurement or supply chain, with English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related field.
• 2 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Conversational proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of category strategies.
• Assist in preparing sourcing documents (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs) and supplier negotiations.
• Collect, organize, and interpret procurement data for analysis.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
• Coordinate with Legal and Procurement to draft and execute supplier contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance and track metrics for improvement.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement in sourcing practices.
