Job summary

Logística Internacional is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to join their fully remote procurement team. This role drives strategic sourcing, optimizes spend, negotiates with suppliers, and supports global operations with data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in strategic sourcing, strong negotiation and contract management, ERP/e-procurement experience (SAP/Oracle), and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with ERP/e-procurement tools and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing for assigned categories, including market analysis and supplier selection.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers for performance and compliance.
• Analyze spend data to identify cost reductions and process improvements.
• Negotiate favorable contract terms and SLAs.
• Create category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs and provide procurement support.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct business reviews.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Stay informed on market trends and best practices in procurement.
