FedEx in Mexico City seeks a procurement professional to help develop sourcing plans and manage a multi-million dollar supplier budget. You will lead category strategies, negotiate terms, and ensure policy compliance while driving cost-to-serve improvements across the LAC region.

You will apply automation, RPA, and AI practices, leveraging Power Automate, APIs, and BI tools to deliver actionable insights and executive-ready narratives.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in program management, procurement operations, or category strategy with experience managing corporate card programs and global travel/TMC systems.
• Professional fluency in English (written and verbal), with ability to lead international workshops and communicate across global regions.
• Hands-on experience with automation, RPA, and AI; practical knowledge of workflow automation tools and AI productivity solutions.
• Strong BI and data analytics skills; translate data into actionable insights; capable of using Power BI/Tableau and advanced Excel.
• Experience crafting executive narratives, facilitating workshops, and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Change management experience with large-scale user adoption and KPI measurement.

Responsabilidades

• Improve cost-to-serve and drive supply chain innovation; collaborate with LAC organization on corporate, international or divisional sourcing initiatives.
• Provide updates to upper management and present business recommendations; manage relationships with suppliers and internal customers.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and perform other duties as required.

Support the development of sourcing plans and projects for the business to improve the cost and help manage the supply chain.

Supports the sourcing of a multi-million US dollar budget from current and new suppliers and develop the sourcing strategy for the managed categories. Ensures segregation of duties as per Policy performing tasks such as category management, competitive bidding, negotiation, supplier qualification and selection, industry analysis, contracts administration. Supports the initiatives to improve our cost-to-serve and supply chain innovation and work across the LAC organization to implement Corporate, International or Divisional sourcing and procurement initiatives. Provide updates on results and present business recommendations to upper management. Effectively manage the relationship with suppliers and internal customers. Ensures strict compliance from suppliers and internal customers with corporate policies. Performs other duties as required.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years in program management, procurement operations, or category strategy, with direct experience managing commercial corporate card programs and global travel/TMC systems (e.g., Concur and ERPs).
• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English (written and verbal), with the ability to lead international workshops and communicate effectively across global regions.
• Technical Expertise in Automation, RPA & AI: Hands‑on experience with automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a mandatory qualification. Candidates must demonstrate practical knowledge of workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, APIs) and AI productivity solutions.
• Technical & Analytics Acumen: Advanced BI and data analytics skills, including Power BI/Tableau and advanced Excel, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strategic Communication: Proven track record of crafting executive narratives, facilitating workshops, and building consensus across cross‑functional, matrixed teams.
• Change Management: Demonstrated ability to drive large‑scale user adoption, measure behavioral KPIs, and embed lasting process improvements.
