Mars LATAM is seeking an experienced leader to run the daily Order to Cash operations for the region, supervising a regional team and partnering with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to optimize processes and customer experience. You will drive standardization, KPI analysis, and continuous improvement while coaching a diverse group across LATAM in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, or related finance operations.
• Supervising or leading teams, preferably in regional/shared services.
• Strong SAP knowledge with Order to Cash processes.
• Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent or advanced English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to improve the end-to-end customer experience.
• Supervise and support the O2C team, providing guidance, coaching, and workload prioritization.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement across all O2C processes for the LATAM region.
• Analyze KPIs to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Act as a key point of contact for escalations, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
