Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Logistics Controller to lead regional finance governance for LATAM logistics. You will partner with Operations to drive corrective actions and establish sustainable control routines across ICC/ICB, GR/IR, pricing, and inventory processes.

Advanced English is required, with senior controllership experience in logistics and a strong ERP background (SAP). You will build dashboards and KPIs to monitor financial and operational performance, ensuring balance sheet

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Senior controllership experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Finance with balance sheet focus.
• Proven experience in operational finance in complex regional environments.
• Ability to partner with Operations to drive improvements.
• Hands-on with ICC/ICB end-to-end execution and cost governance.
• Experience ensuring accurate pricing for intercompany logistics transactions.
• Strong ERP knowledge and data extraction abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor ICC/ICB and logistics finance processes regionally (LATAM).
• Reduce recurring execution gaps causing corrections and cleanup.
• Improve pricing accuracy and reduce re-pricing activity.
• Enhance GR/IR hygiene and follow-up with operations and GBS.
• Strengthen inventory controls, reconciliations, and regional reporting.
• Oversee repair workshop financials, invoicing, and subcontracting costs.
• Develop dashboards, trackers, and KPI reports for performance.
