The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in live events, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and possess strong project management and organizational skills. They will lead production teams, manage all technical details of events, and ensure high-quality execution. The role involves working under pressure and coordinating multiple projects, making adaptability and communication essential. Compensation is competitive and based on location.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience in the live music business and working with live events.
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficient and detailed project management / planning experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to production teams.
• Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and clients.
• Manage technical production and site operations.
