Pandora is looking for a dynamic and business‑savvy Lead Specialist, Inventory Accounting in Mexico City to lead the end‑to‑end inventory accounting and reconciliation for LATAM Spanish‑speaking markets, ensuring accurate, complete and timely reporting across POS, ERP and the General Ledger.

The role owns reconciliation methodology, coordinates month‑end close readiness, investigates variances, and strengthens governance over stock, goods in transit and consignment.

Formación

• 5–8 years in inventory accounting and financial reconciliations
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• Advanced Excel and large-data reconciliation skills
• Fluent Spanish and professional English

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end inventory reconciliations and month-end close.
• Coordinate close readiness across LATAM entities.
• Investigate POS-to-ERP and ERP-to-GL differences.
• Monitor aged goods in transit and open shipments.
• Oversee consignment and shop-in-shop reconciliations.
• Validate stock-count results and adjustments.
• Maintain audit-ready ICF documentation.
• Escalate system/interface issues and define corrective actions.
• Coach team members on inventory processes and controls.
