SharkNinja’s Digital Sharks program is seeking a Performance Data Associate to join the Pure Players team in Mexico City. You will help build APEX, the intelligence layer behind how we win on marketplaces like Amazon and Mercado Libre, using data to drive revenue.

As a recent graduate, you’ll own a market outcome from month one, collaborate with engineers and regional teams, and gain hands-on experience with AI-native analytics in a fast-paced global business.

Formación

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Data Science, CS, Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics or related field.
• Interest in AI and agentic tooling; willingness to learn quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Own a defined market and measurable business outcome from month one.
• Integrate 3rd party API connections into APEX to enhance agentic context.
• Expand knowledge by structuring, validating and documenting marketplace performance data.
• Test agent outputs against real data and document where they break.
• Translate commercial questions into data-driven answers.
• Build and maintain reporting on availability, pricing, content quality, and advertising efficiency.
• Carry out competitor and category analysis on marketplaces worldwide.
• Participate in the program operating rhythm with daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
