Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of immigration, global mobility, or visa coordination within a corporate environment.
• Practical knowledge of Mexican immigration processes, particularly visas and work permits.
• Advanced English proficiency to communicate with employees, service providers and global teams.
• Experience coordinating external service providers and supporting international employees is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Immigration coordination: coordinate and track visa applications, work permits, renewals for Latin America.
• Immigration compliance: ensure processes comply with regulations and company policies; escalate risks.
• Vendor management: coordinate immigration service providers and monitor SLA performance.
• Employee support: guide employees through the immigration process with clear timelines and documentation.
• Stakeholder management: collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Legal, Payroll and others to align requirements.
• Documentation and tracking: maintain accurate case records with confidentiality.
• Problem-solving: anticipate obstacles and coordinate viable solutions with providers.
• Reporting and continuous improvement: update case status and recommend improvements.
