Position: Latam Finance CoordinatorLocation: Mexico CityAbout the role:As a CBRE Finance Coordinator, you will collaborate on financial management with a global scope. This position is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations team, responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls for a multinational corporate client.Key responsibilities:LATAM Financial Ownership & Execution (~70%)•End-to-End P&L & Month-End Management: Build, analyze, and manage monthly P&L closing processes, financial modeling, and variance tracking. Proactively partner with Controllership and accounting teams to resolve operational discrepancies, accruals, fee splitting, and cash applications prior to reporting.•Labor & Workforce Financial Control: Direct hands-on tracking, modeling, and forecasting of LATAM labor costs and headcount. Engage directly with regional operational leads to explain variances, track budgets, and recommend corrective actions.•Contractual Risk & Opportunity Analysis: Thoroughly understand contractual commitments across service lines to identify financial risks, cost efficiencies, and actionable solutions to enhance account performance.•Regional Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary financial liaison for LATAM operational leads, client financial teams, and internal Controllership to drive cross-functional alignment.•Operational KPI Drive: Track, prepare and drive account KPIs within the required regional framework, ensuring timely execution and corrective measures when needed.US&C Managerial Support & Regional Collaboration (~30%)•Strategic US Support: Work hand in hand with the US&C Finance Manager, delivering executive level reporting, consolidated financial views, and actionable insights for the broader US&C portfolio.•Accounts Receivable & Cash Collection Follow-Up: Support Accounts Receivable oversight across both LATAM and US&C, monitoring outstanding balances, following up on overdue invoices and pending payments, and partnering with AR, Controllership, and operational teams to resolve issues and support timely cash collection.•Cross-Border Financial Analytics: Develop complex financial models, performance dashboards, and data-driven recommendations for Americas leadership decision-making.•Process Standardization & Ad-Hoc Projects: Lead and support the implementation of standardized financial workflows, reporting tools, and high-impact ad-hoc projects across the account.Requirements:Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Over 5 years of experience in multinational companies.In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.Ability to perform complex calculations, such as percentages and other financial operations.Experience with PeopleSoft, Coupa, and purchase order (PO) management systems is a plus.Bilingual English/Spanish (mandatory).What do we offer?Job stabilityProfessional career developmentCompetitive salaryCorporate benefits packageFull on-site work (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM)Why CBRE?When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment, helping businesses and people thrive.
