Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Senior Customer Success/Account Manager for global enterprise accounts. You will guide high-value customers, drive adoption of AI agent solutions, and ensure successful outcomes across web, mobile, and telephony integrations.

You will own revenue expansion in a defined portfolio, collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to maximize multi-product adoption and long-term customer value. This is a remote, international role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CS/Account Management for B2B SaaS or AI/ML products.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Experience with building and deploying AI agents; API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise accounts and drive net revenue retention.
• Identify and close cross-sell opportunities with Sales and Success teams.
• Analyze agent performance and optimize customer outcomes.
