Dematic seeks a Country EHS Leader, Mexico & LATAM Regional Lead to own environmental, health, and safety performance for operations and project sites in Mexico and across Latin America. This role combines regulatory ownership in Mexico with regional EHS support, reporting to the Regional Leader, Americas.

The incumbent drafts, implements, and maintains EHS standards, protocols, and metrics, with final sign-off from the Regional Leader, Americas.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience leading EHS in industrial/logistics or distribution center environments.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor and safety regulatory frameworks (STPS, NOM standards).
• Experience managing EHS across multi-site or multi-country project portfolios.
• Ability to present EHS metrics (EMR, TRIR, DART) to executives.

Responsabilidades

• Own regulatory and compliance for Mexico, including filings and permitting.
• Provide LATAM-wide EHS oversight for project sites.
• Lead incident investigations and emergency planning.
• Develop and report EHS metrics and cost/risk analyses for leadership.
