Equinix is seeking a Manager, AMER Operations Compliance in Nuevo León, Mexico, to oversee Environmental, Health & Safety compliance for LATAM within the AMER region. This role requires expertise in EHS regulations, compliance audits, and team leadership to ensure adherence to global policies and local regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with over 3 years of EHS compliance experience. You will play a pivotal role in training, development, and compliance initiatives.

Formación

• 3+ years of EHS compliance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of EHS regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001).
• Effective leadership and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support recruitment and retention of EHS compliance staff.
• Assist in managing internal and external EHS audits.
• Ensure compliance with relevant EHS laws and Equinix standards.
• Maintain local EHS procedures and provide training.
• Collaborate with regional teams on safety protocols.
