Dematic seeks a Country EHS Leader for Mexico & LATAM Regional Lead to own environmental, health, and safety performance for operations and projects in Mexico and across Latin America. You will draft, implement, and maintain EHS standards, protocols, and metrics, with final sign-off from the Regional Leader, Americas.

This role combines regulatory ownership with project-based EHS support, leading incident management, audits, training, contractor oversight, and metrics reporting to drive

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and English required; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Regulatory & compliance ownership for Mexico: STPS filings, NOM standards, permitting and inspection readiness.
• Regional project EHS oversight across LATAM: support project sites and coordinate with local partners in non-Spanish-speaking markets.
• Incident management: lead investigations and emergency response planning for Mexico and LATAM sites.
• Metrics & reporting: track EMR, TRIR, DART and provide regular performance updates to leadership.
• Standards & training: develop EHS methodologies, audits, and training programs.
• Contractor & site management: vet and manage EHS compliance of contractors and subcontractors.
