Job summary

Coca-Cola Co seeks a Product Lead for LATAM Digital Products to shape and operate a regional portfolio across B2C, B2B2C and B2B experiences. You will bridge business needs with execution, aligning roadmaps with markets, partners and technology teams to deliver measurable value.

In this role you will own product vision, manage roadmaps, and drive adoption with a focus on regional standardization balanced with local market requirements. Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

Qualifications

5+ years in digital product management or related roles.
Experience managing digital products through lifecycle: discovery, roadmap, backlog, delivery and optimization.
Experience with B2C, B2B2C and/or B2B digital products across markets.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve regional digital products across B2C, B2B2C and B2B use cases.
Develop and manage product roadmaps balancing priorities and dependencies.
Prioritize backlogs and translate needs into clear requirements for cross-functional teams.
Engage LATAM markets to understand problems and translate into scalable capabilities.
Manage multiple stakeholders in a complex matrix and coordinate with partners.
Collaborate with vendors and technology partners on scope and delivery.
Drive full product lifecycle from discovery to adoption and rationalization.
Build business cases and support investment decisions with value analytics.
Drive product adoption and measure impact with business metrics and user insights.
Identify opportunities to scale capabilities regionally while respecting local needs.
