Job summary

Wabtec LATAM seeks an experienced Customs Compliance Leader to drive LATAM-wide compliance strategies and enterprise standards. You will act as SME, guiding import/export activities and enforcing policies across the region while aligning with global leadership in Exports and Customs Compliance.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, program management, and ensuring adherence to evolving customs laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of industry customs compliance experience with people leader experience.
• Licensed Customs Broker or appropriate in-country certification.
• Deep knowledge of LATAM customs, trade and regulatory requirements for import/export.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Wabtec's customs compliance strategy and enterprise standard.
• Act as customs compliance SME to enforce policies across Wabtec entities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business operations and regulations.
• Report to Director, Global Exports and Customs Compliance.
