Slalom is launching a LATAM Communication Excellence program to design and deliver a practical English communication curriculum for consultants in Colombia or Mexico. The role blends language instruction with consulting skills and leadership behaviors, partnering with LATAM leaders and program sponsors to measure impact.

Through 2026, you will design, pilot, and refine sessions, workshops, and coaching for two audiences—leaders and non-leaders—aiming for scalable delivery in 2027.

Formación

• Strong English fluency and coaching experience in a corporate, consulting, or tech services environment.
• Experience designing and facilitating adult learning programs for leadership and non-leadership audiences.
• Ability to teach practical business English for meetings, presentations, client conversations, and written communication.
• Comfort coaching professionals with varied English proficiency levels, from intermediate to advanced.
• Understanding of feedback, team dynamics, conflict resolution, coaching, and leadership communication.
• Ability to localize learning to Colombia or Mexico patterns and needs.
• Strong facilitation presence with safe, engaging, and practical learning experiences.
• Ability to build curriculum quickly and create reusable materials.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• ESL certification or ESL training experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting LATAM teams and global business environments.

Responsabilidades

• Build a practical communication curriculum for LATAM consultants tailored to Colombia or Mexico.
• Adapt and integrate existing Slalom learning content on feedback, team dynamics, leadership, and development.
• Incorporate frameworks such as structured feedback, conflict management, accountability, and drama reduction.
• Design differentiated learning paths for leader and non-leader cohorts.
• Assess participant communication strengths, English proficiency, confidence, and development needs.
• Deliver pilot cohort sessions, including workshops, coaching, and applied exercises before year-end.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group coaching for client conversations, presentations, and demos.
• Create facilitator guides, participant guides, exercises, rubrics, and progress tracking tools.
• Partner with sponsors to define success metrics and capture pilot feedback.
• Recommend scaling in 2027, including full-time role requirements and delivery model.
