A.P. Moller-Maersk in Mexico City is hiring a Landside Team Leader to coordinate freight orders, monitor capacity and routes, and drive on-time delivery.

You will lead Inland First Mile Agents, ensure safety and company standards, and continuously improve cost and asset utilization. You will collaborate with vendors, internal teams and customers, resolve disruptions within agreed timelines, and manage end-to-end freight-order processes with a KPI-driven mindset and strong communication skills in

• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, customer focus and continuous-improvement skills.
• Strong operations and logistics background, ideally within 3PL, retail, lifestyle, FMCG, or other complex supply chain environments.
• Proven experience leading teams, driving performance, and managing customer-facing logistics operations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and resolve operational challenges.
• Demonstrated track record of operational excellence through KPI management, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis.
• Fluent English required to effectively communicate with global customers and cross-functional teams.

• Optimize cost, productivity, asset utilization and service performance through continuous improvement.
• Manage transport vendors, internal stakeholders and customer communications.
• Resolve operational disruptions, delivery issues and customer complaints within agreed timelines.
• Approve or reject process deviations and ensure strong end-to-end freight-order management.
