Job summary

Databricks is looking for a Lakebase Sales Specialist to modernize data foundations with Databricks Lakebase. This role involves driving revenue and selling fully-managed Postgres for intelligent applications.

The successful candidate will work closely with Account Executives and partner organizations. A strong background in enterprise SaaS sales, particularly with data platforms, is required. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and be able to articulate complex concepts in Spanish.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with quotas.
• Proven success with operational databases and data platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native services and AI strategies.
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities

• Drive new Lakebase revenue by identifying activations.
• Lead sales cycles through negotiation and close.
• Orchestrate proof-of-value and POCs to validate benefits.
