Autoliv Mexico is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee testing and metrology laboratories. Responsibilities include supporting the Quality Manager with engineering changes, analyzing data, and ensuring equipment functionality.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering, over 7 years of experience in quality management, and must be fluent in English. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's commitment to quality and excellence.

Formación

• Proven experience in Quality with more than 7 years in laboratory.
• Experience in managing a team and people management.
• Strong ability to analyze test results.

Descripción del empleo

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for the operation of testing and metrology laboratories
• Provide support to the Quality Manager and AMGs with problems and engineering changes, implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Prevent the proper functioning of the equipment and optimize the available capacity in the area.
• Analyze data and information by analyzing test results to support any contingency with the client.
• Tracking changes and improvements in fixture design ensures that the documentation and requirements are complete for the change.

What is required:

• Degree in Engineering Proven experience in Quality with more than 7 years in laboratory.
• Experience in core tools, CMM, GD&T and people management.
• Fluency in English is a must have.
