HARMAN Automotive is seeking a Calibration Engineer to manage calibration programs for HW Environmental validation equipment and ensure traceability and measurement integrity. You will collaborate with Validation Engineering, Technicians, Assurance, and external providers to maintain equipment availability and compliance.
The role requires 3+ years in calibration or metrology, experience with ISO/IEC 17025, and proficiency in calibration software.

This position is responsible for ensuring the calibration, traceability, reliability, and compliance of laboratory equipment used for HW Environmental validation testing. The role supports the operation of ISO/IEC 17025 aligned laboratory systems by managing calibration programs, measurement systems, accredited suppliers, metrological traceability, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Calibration Engineer works closely with Validation Engineering, Technicians, Assurance, TTR engineer, Purchasing, and external calibration providers to ensure equipment availability, measurement integrity, and compliance with customer, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
This position has no direct reports.
Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electronics, or related field) Physics, Metrology or Applied Sciences
3+ years of experience in:
Competent computer skills, Excel, web system and Power Bi.
Proven ability to be flexible, prioritize and manage projects, as well as solve problems in a timely manner while maintaining a positive attitude.
Intermediate English proficiency (written & verbal), with the ability to understand and participate in technical and business conversations.
