Four Seasons Los Cabos at Costa Palmas is seeking a Server to provide exceptional food and beverage service to our guests in a luxurious setting. You will present menus, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate speaks Spanish and English, has 3+ years in Food & Beverage, and holds experience in a luxury hotel environment. Join a team committed to outstanding guest service and career development.

Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish and English.
Minimum 3 years working in Food & Beverage.
2+ years’ experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is a plus.
Ability to operate computer equipment.
Knowledge of Micros system.
Understand and meet hotel quality and service standards.
Highest level of integrity and transparency.
Apply an ethical approach to outcomes.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Solid problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
Work in a safe, organized manner.

Responsibilities

About the role of Server

The ideal candidate will provide excellent food and beverage service to our guests in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from start to finish.

What you will do:

What you bring:

A minimum of three (3) years working in a Food & Beverage position
Two (2) + years’ experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment
Knowledge in Micros system
Understand and familiar with quality standards and service standards of the hotel
Highest level of integrity and transparency
Apply an ethical approach to the outcome of situations
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Reasonable problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner
