YOUR OPPORTUNITY

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the most important and trendsetting outlets in your area, developing tailored sell strategies, and educating and motivating sales staff to achieve sustained growth in sales and brand awareness. Your efforts will enhance the performance and growth of Bacardi brands within your territory through negotiation of commercial terms and building lasting customer relationships. Strong communication, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

About You

Responsibilities - With Our Consumer at the Heart, Your Key Focus Will Be

  • Deliver results and excel in execution.
  • Meet sales objectives, optimize distribution, and ensure the right product mix in each customer service point.
  • Develop and manage your sales plan based on business priorities.
  • Monitor and manage territory/channel/account performance monthly and quarterly, working with clients and distributors to meet forecasts and budgets in line with Bacardi Scorecard.
  • Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with clients.
  • Analyze competition and develop strategic action plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to improve products and services and resolve operational issues.
  • Implement standardized business practices.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Bacardi’s history and culture.
  • Leverage resources such as Revenue Growth Management, Point of Sale, research, and support materials to achieve local business objectives.

Skills - The Skills and Experience Needed to Create Your Legacy

  • Minimum of 3 years in a commercial role within an FMCG company, preferably focusing on the On-Trade Channel (restaurants, bars, nightclubs). Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, storytelling ability.
  • Effective networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of performance and delivery.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
