Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Junior Level Content Designer in Mexico City to shape the narrative and clarity of our ecosystem. You will design digital journeys and content systems, collaborating with UX Designers, researchers, product managers, and stakeholders to meet business goals and deliver top-notch usability.

You will drive end-to-end content strategy, ensure linguistic excellence, simplify complex information into human language, and oversee localization while maintaining global standards and brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in linguistics, literature, communication, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• 1–2 years of experience in Content Design, UX Writing, Content strategy, or similar area.
• Impeccable grammar, syntax, and content creation/editing.

Responsibilities

• Content strategy: create end-to-end user journeys with voice and narrative consistency across products and markets.
• Linguistic excellence & creativity: maintain grammar, syntax, and creative storytelling.
• Business-aligned design: validate content decisions using data and metrics.
• Simplifying Complexity: translate technical concepts into clear, actionable language.
• Documentation: standardize docs across Confluence, Jira, and other tools.
• Content localization: oversee localization balancing local market needs with global standards.
• Strategic Collaboration: work with UX researchers, designers, and product managers to align insights with goals.
